Many customers choose to uninstall their Tonal themselves, insure it with a move and coordinate with our installation partners for reinstallation only. Here are the steps to uninstall your Trainer. Once the Trainer is at the new location an installation partner will visit your home to install the trainer in your desired location. You’ll want to keep the installation requirements in mind when choosing your new wall. This visit can be completed in about two hours.

This kit contains the required hardware for ALL relocations. Tonal does not reuse hardware when relocating your trainer to ensure your safety. This new hardware will be used to install both your bracket and trainer. Make sure it’s on hand before the professional installation team arrives. Please allow 7 days for shipping and processing.
