Brendon Ayanbadejo, Nikki Metzger, Kendall Wood, and Trace Gotsis join the Tonal family.
A good coach can make all the difference when it comes to helping you reach your fitness goals. Research shows that training with an expert is an effective way to boost your motivation and positively change your attitude toward working out. And a more recent study backs this up, suggesting that coaches play a crucial role in increasing an athlete’s motivation, performance, and satisfaction.
Getting guidance from a coach is just one of the many benefits of Tonal. You can experience working out with a personal trainer firsthand from the comfort of your home at any time of the day. Plus, all workouts are led by certified coaches with different areas of expertise and fitness backgrounds, so there’s a coach for you no matter what your goals are.
Official Tonal Community members recently shared that our coaches are one of the top reasons the membership is most valuable to them. Featured member Viet Q. Nguyen of Seattle, Washington, explained that you get a workout partner and mentor right beside you with a Tonal coach. “There’s no substitute for having a real person walk you through movements,” he said. “This is the main differentiator between Tonal and gym equipment.” Nguyen added that different coaches help motivate him in different ways depending on what he needs on any given day.
Today, four new coaches are joining the Tonal family to give you even more options and variety: Brendon Ayanbadejo, Nikki Metzger, Kendall Wood, and Trace Gotsis.
