Schedule a workout or drop in anytime
We recommend scheduling your visit in advance so we can be sure there is a Tonal reserved for you, but appointments are not required. You can pop in anytime between Monday – Sunday and a Tonal expert will be happy to help you.
What to bring
You don’t need to bring anything to your Tonal demo, but if you are planning to do a workout, wear appropriate clothes. Our locations have towels and water, but do not have showers.
