How does Extend work?

What if I need to return my product?
If you return your product, Tonal returns the amount you paid. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, Extend may issue a prorated refund, less any paid claims.
How do I file a claim?
To file a claim, please reach out to 1-855-My-Tonal. Tonal will help troubleshoot your issue and if necessary, schedule an in-home repair. If your issue can’t be repaired, your Tonal will be replaced. When you contact Tonal, provide your contract ID, email address, or another identifying piece of information.

- Warranty time: 1 year for parts and labor + 2 additional years for parts only

- Warranty time: 2 years for parts, shipping, and labor

Purchased at any time
- Warranty time: Remainder of the original warranty period, or 45 days, whichever is longer

If you’re in-warranty (see Coverage at-a-glance above), you will make a claim, and the servicing will be covered by Tonal, as long as the problem isn’t an exclusion or the result of misuse.
