    “Strength to me is a test of will. Anyone can start, but it’s how you perform when you’re fatigued that truly defines your strength. So to me, being your strongest self means to continually work on your weaknesses. None of us are perfect, and we never will be. But having a willingness to look within and dedicate yourself to growth, is what strength looks like to me.”
