- Plan to arrive 10 minutes early and a Tonal expert will check you in.
- Before your Strength Assessment, you’ll discuss your goals with the Tonal expert to tailor the demo.
- You’ll do a Strength Assessment to get your personalized weight recommendations and learn more about how Tonal can help you reach your goals.

- You’ll receive a link for a video call with a Tonal expert in your email.
- Have a camera ready either on your computer or mobile device.
- The Tonal expert will walk you through how to use Tonal, explore its personalized training features, and give you the opportunity to ask questions about anything from features to installation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Both in person and virtual demos are schedule for 30 minutes, but can extend up to 45 minutes.
You can reschedule your demo at any time. In the meantime, keep sweating and stay strong.
There is no group limit, but if you want to bring friends and family, we recommend you plan for staying a little longer than 30 minutes for both in-person and virtual demos.
You must be at least 18 years old to demo Tonal. By participating in a demo, you confirm that you’re in good health and accept the risks involved in using the equipment.
