Tonal Returns and Restrictions

The following is a summary of the Tonal Terms of Sale but not provided in lieu of the Terms of Sale, which terms govern the return of products. By purchasing a product, you agree that any return must comply with the requirements set forth in the Tonal Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”). If not otherwise specified in the terms applicable to your Product, you may return undamaged Products within thirty (30) days following installation of the Product, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below. Items noted “All Sales Final” are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the provisions described in this section, and will exclude non-refundable charges, including but not limited to Delivery and Installation fees. Additional deductions may apply for Products returned in damaged condition or with missing components. Please review the information below carefully, as failure to follow the return initiation process or comply with these conditions may result in ineligibility for a refund.
RETURNS AND RESTRICTIONS
If not otherwise provided in the terms specific to a product, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you can return undamaged products within 30 days of installation of the product (or receipt of the product if it does not require installation) for a refund of your purchase price less Delivery and Installation charges, which are non-refundable. We do not take title to the returned product until it is received by us, and we have no obligation to ship back to you any products that we deem ineligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, proof of purchase must accompany the return, you must initiate your return with Tonal as described in the next paragraph, and you must follow all instructions provided by Tonal related to the return of your product. No refunds will be issued if you have not initiated a return within 30 days after the date of installation or your receipt of the product.
To initiate a return, contact Tonal (support@tonal.com; 855.698.6625). If your return is accepted and you did not finance your purchase, you will receive a refund back to the payment method used for the purchase of the product purchase-price and taxes you paid for the product, less delivery and installation charges. If your return is accepted and you financed your purchase, Affirm will be solely responsible for refunding any paid installments less any interest paid. The amount of any refund otherwise due to you may be reduced if the product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts. We will process any refund due to you after we process your return, which may take up to 45 days.
