Tonal Performance Shop Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tonal gear! While most Performance Shop purchases are final, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

  • No Returns or Refunds: Unless stated otherwise for a specific item, we can only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective and are reported to Tonal within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: We’re happy to exchange eligible apparel for another size of the identical garment within 30 days of delivery. Delivery charges are non-refundable and you must pay return shipping.

  • What You’ll Need For An Exchange:

    • Proof of purchase

    • An exchange request started within 30 days of delivery

    • Mail your item within 5 days once your exchange is approved


To start an exchange, contact us at support@tonal.com or 855-698-6625. If your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Please note: accessories like hats and water bottles can’t be exchanged, and customers cover return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can help.  Tonal may inspect returned items and can decline exchanges that don’t meet these conditions.
