Tonal Heroes Discount Terms and Conditions

Tonal is proud to offer a Heroes Discount to eligible members of select community groups (the “Heroes Discount” or “Offer”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Offer. By redeeming the Offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Offers valid on eligible Tonal Trainers purchased at regular retail price, excluding taxes, accessories, membership, and delivery or installation fees.

Discount apply as follows: $500 off new Tonal 2 Trainer with a regular retail price of $4,295

Eligibility and Verification

  1. Who is eligible? The Heroes Discount is available only to individuals who are verified members of an eligible community group through VerifyPass. Eligible groups include:

    • Military & Veterans: Active Duty, Veterans and Retirees
    • First responders: Police, Fire and EMT
    • Healthcare workers: Doctors, Nurses and staff
    • Teachers: Pre-K, K-12 and Professors

  1. Verification required. You must complete eligibility verification via VerifyPass to receive a unique promo code. Verification is subject to VerifyPass’s own Terms & Privacy Policy.

  2. Accurate info. You represent that all information you provide for verification is true and accurate. Tonal may deny or revoke the Offer if eligibility cannot be confirmed or if verification information is false, incomplete, or misleading. 

  3. Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to verify eligibility and redeem the Offer. 

Offer Details

  • Discount amount. The Offer provides $500 off the purchase price of one new Tonal 2 Trainer (“Tonal 2”) with a retail price of $4,295.
  • Product limitation. The Offer applies only to Tonal 2 and is not valid on Certified Refurbished Tonal 1, accessories, membership, delivery, or installation fees.
  • Regular price only. The Offer applies only to Tonal 2 units purchased at regular retail price.  This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • No cash value. The Offer has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions are permitted.

Redemption and Use Restrictions

  1. Unique promo code. After successful VerifyPass verification, you will receive a unique promo code by email or via the VerifyPass experience.

  2. One-time use. Promo codes are single-use and limited to one redemption per customer and/or household, as determined by Tonal in its sole discretion.  Purchases using this Offer may not be resold and are for the use of the eligible customer and family only.

  3. Non-transferable. Promo codes are not transferable, resalable, or distributable.

  4. Not stackable. The Heroes Discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, referral codes, employee discounts, or price-matching adjustments. 

  5. Automatic application. The promo code must be entered at checkout on tonal.com. If you do not apply the code at checkout, Tonal cannot apply it retroactively.

  6. Geography. Offer valid only for purchases delivered and installed within the U.S.

Membership Requirement

Each Tonal purchase requires a 12-month membership commitment ($59.95/mo. + applicable taxes) that enables your personalized training experience. An active membership is required to access most Tonal features. Membership fees are not discounted by the Offer. Activation and payment is completed on Tonal after installation.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  1. If you return your Tonal 2. Any refund will reflect the discounted purchase price actually paid, not the full retail price.

  2. If your order is canceled. If you cancel before shipping, your promo code will be considered used and may not be reissued unless required by law or approved by Tonal in its discretion.

  3. Policy controls. All returns and cancellations are subject to Tonal’s standard Return Policy and Terms of Sale. If there is a conflict, these Heroes Discount Terms control only with respect to the Offer.

Fraud, Misuse, and Revocation

Tonal reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke the Offer if Tonal suspects fraud, misuse, code sharing, resale, technical manipulation, or any violation of these Terms. This includes invalidating a promo code or canceling an order. 

Relationship to VerifyPass

VerifyPass is a third-party verification provider. Tonal is not responsible for VerifyPass services, verification decisions, outages, or errors. Verification does not constitute a legal guarantee of identity or eligibility; it is an authentication step used to administer the Offer. 

Modifications or Termination

Tonal may modify, suspend, or terminate the Heroes Discount or these Terms at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, operational constraints, or technical issues. Changes apply prospectively from the time posted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Heroes Discount, including inability to receive or use a promo code.

Privacy

Tonal will use personal information you provide in accordance with Tonal’s Privacy Policy. VerifyPass may share your name, email address, and verification status with Tonal to administer the Offer.
