Performance Shop purchases are final sale, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or defective and are reported to Tonal within 7 days of purchase. Please note that accessories (such as hats and water bottles) are not eligible for exchange, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
We accept exchanges for eligible apparel within 30 days of delivery for the identical product only if:
- The item is damaged or defective,
- The wrong item or size was shipped, or
- The fit isn’t quite right.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
